Katherine Jean Bolduan, also known by her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. Most well-known for her anchoring of the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is an American journalist on the broadcast. She was also the co-anchor of CNN's Monday morning programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan contributed to CNN's coverage on both the presidential and 2012 elections. Bolduan was an Washington DC-based correspondent for the congressional reporting on activities of the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan was a Capitol Hill Unit member when she covered the congressional cycle, including events like the discussion of raising the federal credit limit or deliberations by the super committee. As a general assignment reporter she covered news like those of Christmas Day bombing in 2009 as well as the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. Her first assignment was with CNN Newsource in the year 2007.
