Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding is a British musician and singer. The singer was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986 in Hereford. The public was captivated in 2010 with her singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly rose to the top of the charts due to her infectious electronic pop sound. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a standout contemporary artist with her soprano voice, and her talent in creating songs that are catchy and emotional. She is similar to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists with similar styles. She ultimately signed a major-label contract for her label Polydor Records and began making preparations for her debut album.
